POES is a new framework for understanding and using English, based on the idea that English speech is structured around a topic carrier (TC) – redefined as the predicate, which can be a predicate noun (PN), predicate adjective (PA), or predicate verb (PV).
Function of Predicates:
1.PN → describes the identity or class of the subject.
2.PA → describes the quality or state of the subject.
3.PV → describes the action or movement of the subject.
•🔍 What POES Does:
1.Integrates sounds, vocabulary, grammar, and rhetoric into a single framework
2.Ensure consistency, logical soundness and clarity across all language layers
3.Enables learners and speakers to use English clearly, intuitively, and confidently
4.Serves as the foundation for EN (English Normed)—a complete, standardized model of global English
