Sociom - Toward Social Axiom
We are decoding the DNA of social harmony.
Despite remarkable social and economic progress, many people find its benefits increasingly elusive. Economies continue to grow, yet social conflicts intensify. Public spending rises, but happiness does not increase accordingly.
Why does this pattern continue?
Sociom Research Institute Inc. begins with this question. Rather than proposing immediate solutions, we first seek to understand how society actually operates. By investigating the fundamental principles that govern human society, we aim to identify the conditions necessary for a more stable and harmonious future.
Sociom refers to the Social Axioms—the DNA of social harmony. It is not a particular belief or ideology. Rather, it refers to the shared principles that enable people with different beliefs and perspectives to cooperate while living meaningful lives. The purpose of Sociom is not to persuade people to think alike, but to identify the minimum shared principles required for human coexistence.
Earth continually adapts to change while maintaining a delicate equilibrium. Human society, however, often undermines its own stability as individuals and groups increasingly come into conflict. When this imbalance persists,
efforts continue to increase,
individuals become less fulfilled, and
society becomes increasingly unstable.
Sociom Research Institute Inc. seeks to identify the underlying causes of these conditions and the operational principles required for a more stable and sustainable social system.
